Lockwood Makeover

Feb 2016 we bought a Lockwood house at Maketu Beach, New Zealand, with the intention of rennovating it.  The dark wood was overwhelming but I envisaged painting all the wood white and achieving that shiplap look so common in beach houses.  On Pinterest I have been pinning to my favourite board “Beach House Dreams” for a few years now … and now we are here!
